❒ Which vehicles will go to which spouse?

Debts

Taxes
❒ Are there neglected tax liabilities for any years throughout the marriage?
❒ If there are, have you determined how the liabilities will be paid?
❒ Are tax returns due prior to the divorce being finalized? If they are, are they going to be filed separately or jointly? If there are any refunds or liability, how will they be split?
Health Insurance
❒ Does each spouse have health insurance accessible from their employers?
❒ If they don’t, is COBRA coverage accessible for a period?
❒ How is the expense of COBRA coverage going to be paid?
